At first you don’t feel like doing cartwheels, but you don’t feel like curling up in a ball and crying till you die either (this is also putting it lightly). In a very short time I have gone from a 12 year addiction that I truly wanted to quit to actually quitting and feeling better every day. To those who have never had an addiction I’m sure this seems way over the top, but to those of us that have this disease you know I’m not exaggerating. Not all things work the same for different people but you owe it to yourself to try. Be careful and use your common sense, do some research, and make an educated decision you can take responsibility for. Good Luck to you, what ever you decide. Sorry for the lengthy reply but you don’t know me and I just wanted to let you know that I truly do know what you’re going through.
